    MRI Anabolic Switch worked really well for me and the creatine in it certainly gave me more strength and endurance. Trouble is, it only lasts ten days! I got it to last longer by using it only on workout days and it still seemed to work well. If I wanted a quick creatine boost to my training I would use it again as it was very good.
