    Garnell Anabolic Mass II is the best tasting weight gainer I have ever had bar none. It mixes a treat and the ingredients certainly helped me to train harder. You don't really need to use anything else with this because it has creatine and other things in like beta alanine which help when you want to put on serious muscle. Only thing I would use is perhaps a pre-workout. Recommended 100%
