Effectiveness Taste Quality Value For Money Just received the Chocolate Cookie flavour and tried it for the first time.... and I wont be buying this flavor again! For some reason it doesn't mix as well as the strawberry or banana and the flavour doesn't make up for this... I know its not all about flavour but its pretty important when its something your having daily!! Pretty Expensive mistake too! :( The other two flavours mislead me into trying this one!

Value For Money Effectiveness Taste Quality I have tried Maximuscle and CNP whey protien before but PhD is by far my favourite so far. I have tried strawberry cream so far and it tastes fantastic, mixes well and seems to provide good recovery. I tend to have it with semi skimmed milk but it tastes just as good with water.

Quality Value For Money Effectiveness Taste I haven't used loads of other proteins so I cant compare them to this but I used to just buy the cheap proteins, then decided to try this. Its definitely worth the extra money! I currently just take it after workouts and my recovery seems great. The Strawberry Cream flavour is really nice, very tasty but I have also heard good things about the Banana, which I will be trying next!
