Quality Value For Money Effectiveness Taste I bought the chocolate cookie flavour and it is brilliant. Cant comment on results but judging by its brilliant ingredients Im sure it will work great. The taste is great, mixes well and overall I really like this product. Will definately be buying again!

Quality Value For Money Effectiveness Taste In my opinion this is the best all in one on the market. the chocolate cookie flavour tastes great, mixes well and overall the product has everything you want: 40g protein, creatine, glutamine...brilliant. and all at a great price. cant comment on results yet but i wiould recommed to everyone!

Value For Money Effectiveness Taste Quality Have only tried the Strawberry ice cream flavour, but it's a nice taste and not 'claggy'. Mixes pretty well and a good way to get a few hundred calories straight in after training, which is when I usually take it.
