Effectiveness Taste Quality Value For Money Pete recommended this protein to me as it was low sugar and carbs. This is so different to the other shakes I've tried. It's really light and doesnt leave you bloated. Mixes great with water (as the other reviewer suggests,put water in first then protein) and is almost like a juice.
I have the pineapple and grapefruit which has an excellent flavour.
I have one in the morning and one after workout with a scoop of L-Glutamine.

Quality Value For Money Effectiveness Taste I have used other protein drinks but have had the milkshake ones (ie. vanilla, chocolate and strawberry) I got this one for after training as it was recommended by a friend - I bought the Apple and Mango flavour.
I have it every day in the morning and after my work outs - it tastes great mixes well ( tip - water first then powder!) and it doesnt make me feel heavy and bloated like some of the other carb heavy protein drinks you can buy.
I will definately be buying this again - Brilliant product and great price too!(Posted on 18/08/2010)
