- Shipping & Delivery
- GPC Supplements offer a free next day shipping service to UK mainland based addresses on all orders valued at over £50 placed via the web site.
- This applies to items that are in stock only and on orders that are placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday. These orders will be despatched for delivery the following working day.
- Orders made after 1.00pm will be sent the following business day. Orders under £50 will have a small surcharge of £2.50 added and will be sent on a next day delivery service by courier or by Royal Mail services.
- Please note that the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, BFPO and offshore islands can be subject to shipping surcharges dependent upon the order and may not be able to be sent on a next day service.
- Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as it will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left for you.
- UK orders cut-off times:
- Orders over £50 are despatched via our chosen courier which is usually Parcel Force but we may from time to time use another ‘next day’ service if we feel this is necessary to maintain our high standards of service to you. Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 5.30pm. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
- Next working day delivery offer excludes items which are not in stock.
- Please note we are unable to guarantee next working day delivery for any order but we do our very best as we know you want your supplements as fast as possible!
- Certain delivery areas may not qualify for our next working day delivery service due to their location and have their own schedule. If you live in one of these areas then you probably already know service levels for your area! These areas include:
- Delivery within 2 working days: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.
- Delivery within three working days: HS1-9, KW16-17, ZE2-3.
- Please note this is a guideline for both areas and timescales and could be subject to change. Bottom line is we want you to get your order fast and we’ll always do our best for you!
- Saturday Deliveries
- Saturday delivery is available for a delivery surcharge of £15.
- Bank Holidays
- No deliveries can be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays so orders placed on a Bank Holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.
- Damages & Lost Parcels
- In the unlikely event of your product being lost or damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible either by email to customerservice@gpcsupplements.com or by telephoning our customer service team on 0800 0283 823. In the case of non-delivery, please wait 7 days in case it has been delayed. Damaged goods must be retained and returned to us for inspection so we can then send a replacement to you and contact the courier with evidence. If you use damaged goods then you will be deemed to have accepted them as delivered.
- All delivery costs include VAT at the current rate and are per order, regardless of the number of boxes.
- Changing Delivery Address & Non-Delivery
- It is possible to change the delivery address if a parcel has been retained by the courier for redelivery; please contact the customer service team for further details; a surcharge will apply. If a parcel is returned to us for redelivery to you then a surcharge will apply.
- Returns & Refunds
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then you may return it for a full refund, so long as the product has not been opened and is in resalable condition.
- If there is a fault with the product then we will contact the manufacturer with a view to providing you with a full refund, or exchange the product for the same product or one of equal value of your choice.
- It is your responsibility to correctly package the items for return to us in both cases as if they arrive damaged then we will not be held liable for the refund nor for the investigation with the courier who delivered the product(s) to us on your behalf. Return of products to us for refund or if faulty is at your cost.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Payment Methods
We offer various ways for you to pay online including Visa, MasterCard and Solo. GPC Supplements.com offers safe, secure online shopping by debit or credit card via Optimal Payments. Visa, MasterCard & Solo can be used with a secure processing system ensuring your card details are kept completely safe and are never seen by anyone but you and the bank. Please see our secure shopping section for further details.- We also accept cheques and cash sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- When ordering by cheque or cash please note:
- 1. You must be clear about what products you are ordering and the delivery address. Please also include your name and a contact telephone number.
- 2. Cheques take six working days to clear and only then are products sent out to you. This means we will send out products on the seventh working day following the cheque being paid into our account. The cheque paying in date must include the first working day that our bank processes the cheque which means the cheque must be presented before the bank cut-off time for processing.
- 3. You must include the £2.50 shipping surcharge if you order under £50 worth of products.
- 4. If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the order is for BFPO or offshore islands you must contact our customer services team on 0800 0283 823 or customerservices@gpcsupplements.com to confirm the shipping costs prior to sending your cheque or cash.
- 5. We reserve the right to refuse, change your order to one featuring similar products or complete your order to the best of our ability if you do not follow these processes, do not include enough information to complete the order (e.g. no flavours specified), send insufficient funds to cover your order or if stock issues arise due to the delays inherent in cheque and cash payments. We will do our best to contact you and keep you happy however as your business really matters to us!
- 6. We are not liable for loss of any cheques or cash sent to us by post.
- 7. We strongly advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery if you are sending us cash but please remember this is your decision. We accept no liability for loss of cash in the post in any case.

- Viewing & Tracking Orders
- GPC Supplements customers can log into their accounts to check the status of their order i.e. on hold, pending, processing, shipped and closed. Bear in mind this service is only available to customers who register on the website not users who checkout as guests!
- The Process for signing in:
- Sign-in to your account (www.gpcsupplements.com/customer/account/login/)
- Once signed in select the 'My Orders' link from your account Dashboard
- You can then select an order to view by 'Date' and 'Order #' and view an orders detail in full, print invoice copies and see the current status of your order.
- We will normally send the following emails to you during your order process to keep YOU informed!

- If you have elected to have your parcel sent via a courier you will normally receive an email directly from the courier with a tracking reference and web link so you can see exactly where your parcel is. This makes it easy to see your delivery progress in real time.
